
You shouldn’t work on the day of your exam you should relax, and take it easy. Maybe have a healthy snack if it makes you feel better; DON’T STRESS, if you stress you worry and your silly thoughts about failing get into your head, and then you’re distracted and worried and don’t know what to do and it all goes south from there. If you relax you stay: focused, sharp and to the point which is necessary for test time. To get rid of stress here is a tip: clench your fists and then stretch out your fingers.
Get there early so you know the environment around you and you won’t get distracted by details because you would have already seen them. Then get comfortable most test are 45 mins – 1 .30hrs so for example you know to use the stable chair and table, which aren’t wobbly and get somewhere you can easily see the clock. Then relax and do the test, if you get stressed during the test, first of all don’t be afraid to tell the staff something is wrong secondly do something that will calm you meditation for example.
